Charming home

I drove 500 miles to this absolutely idealic spot. As I walked through the door I said, “I want to live here”. This home is so charming – the hostess Sandy (my new best friend) delightful. The finches & grosbeaks paraded past my window; the deer gazed back at me and this gorgeous setting captured me.

This was a surprise for my wife for our 2nd anniversary. We had such a great time, we went on a walk with Lucky & Lady, took the paddleboat out, toured the land on a golf cart and had a great dinner at Madden's. We also watched 6 deer feeding out the windows as two fawns played around ... until 2 fox chased them all away! This will be an anniversary present that sets the bar pretty high (maybe I dhould have thought this out!)

The stay here was more than we expected, from the great accommodations, the food, the conversations with both of you and the time spent on the trails.
